13. PRODUCT INFORMATION & CUSTOM RUGS

All rugs are handcrafted; natural variations in color, size, and texture are expected.
Custom-made, custom-size, or personalized rugs cannot be canceled or returned once production begins.
Product images are for representation; actual colors may vary due to screen settings or lighting.

14. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

An order becomes confirmed after successful payment.

Decordec may cancel an order if:

the item is unavailable,
payment is flagged by Razorpay for risk,
an incorrect listing or price error occurred.

If we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued.

15. PRICING & CURRENCY

Prices for Indian customers are shown in INR.
International customers may view USD pricing.
Import duties, VAT, customs charges, and foreign transaction fees are not included and must be paid by the buyer.

16. PAYMENTS & RAZORPAY COMPLIANCE

Payments are handled through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 secure gateway.
Completing a purchase authorizes Razorpay to process your payment under its policies.
Decordec does not store card information.

17. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines, processing periods, and international duty rules are published in the Shipping Policy.

18. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

Eligibility, timelines, and return conditions follow the Refund Policy.
Custom-made rugs are non-returnable and non-refundable.

19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, imagery, brand elements, descriptions, and floor visuals — including those defined in Decordec’s brand and photography guidelines — are the exclusive property of Decordec.
Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

20. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

Commit fraud
Upload or transmit malicious code
Interfere with website performance
Violate intellectual property rights
Use the site for illegal purposes

21. FORCE MAJEURE

Decordec is not responsible for delays or service failures caused by events outside our control including natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, and global transport disruptions.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Decordec is not liable for:

indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
delays due to customs or logistics partners
color or texture variations due to handcrafted production and display screens

23. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Gyanpur Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh.
